Which Treehouse Will You Choose?
Both Oolert and Cnocell y Coed offer the same luxurious amenities, including a private Hot Tub, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a walk-in waterfall shower.

Oolert: Relax in a balcony Hot Tub with stunning elevated views, complemented by a light, airy wood interior and a mix of rustic and modern furnishings. The space also includes a cosy den with a day bed and dining area.

Cnocell y Coed: Relax in the tranquil Den with a hammock and benches, soak in the fairy-lit Hot Tub. The Master Bedroom features an additional TV for extra relaxation. Unwind on the cosy swing seat surrounded by warm, exposed wooden walls.

How many people can each Treehouse accommodate?Both Oolert and Cnocell y Coed can accommodate up to 7 guests. For larger groups, you can book both Treehouses, which are 80 meters apart, to host up to 14 people.

What is the bedroom configuration in the Treehouse?Bedroom 1: King-size bed Bedroom 2: 3 single beds or a Super King plus 1 single bed (choose your preferred layout) Third Bed: King-size sofa bed in the lounge

What amenities are included in the Treehouses?Both Treehouses feature a private Hot Tub, fire pits, fully equipped kitchens, cosy living areas with plush sofas and beanbags, Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, and underfloor heating for year-round comfort.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our Treehouses to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Additionally, as the Treehouses are located on a working farm with cattle and sheep in the fields below, we aim to maintain a peaceful and secure environment for everyone.

Do you have an EV charging point?Yes, there is an EV charging point conveniently located in the car park near both Treehouses. The charging is on a plug-and-charge basis, and we kindly ask guests to bring their own charging cable.

How far are the Treehouses from the nearest town or attractions?We are located in Powys, Mid Wales, nestled between the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the Cambrian Mountains. The nearest town is Builth Wells (a 10-minute drive) and Llandrindod Wells (a 15-minute drive).

What should we bring for our stay?We provide all kitchen essentials, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes for the Hot Tub. Guests are asked to bring food, drinks, toiletries, extra towels for after the Hot Tub, and any personal items they may need during their stay.

Are the Treehouses suitable for children?Yes, families with children are warmly welcomed! Both Treehouses are spacious and fully equipped for family stays. Each Treehouse includes an arts and crafts hamper, a selection of board games, and books to keep the little ones entertained. We also offer a travel cot and high chair, please arrange ahead of your visit. For added convenience, plastic plates and cutlery are available upon request.

How do we book both Treehouses for a larger group?Simply contact us directly to check availability and coordinate your group booking for up to 14 guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Is Wi-Fi available in the Treehouses?Yes, both Treehouses have Wi-Fi and good phone signal. There is also a Smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment.
