Both Oolert and Cnocell y Coed can accommodate up to 7 guests. For larger groups, you can book both Treehouses, which are 80 meters apart, to host up to 14 people.

Both Treehouses feature a private Hot Tub, fire pits, fully equipped kitchens, cosy living areas with plush sofas and beanbags, Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, and underfloor heating for year-round comfort.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our Treehouses to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Additionally, as the Treehouses are located on a working farm with cattle and sheep in the fields below, we aim to maintain a peaceful and secure environment for everyone.

Yes, there is an EV charging point conveniently located in the car park near both Treehouses. The charging is on a plug-and-charge basis, and we kindly ask guests to bring their own charging cable.

We are located in Powys, Mid Wales, nestled between the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the Cambrian Mountains. The nearest town is Builth Wells (a 10-minute drive) and Llandrindod Wells (a 15-minute drive).

We provide all kitchen essentials, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes for the Hot Tub. Guests are asked to bring food, drinks, toiletries, extra towels for after the Hot Tub, and any personal items they may need during their stay.

Yes, families with children are warmly welcomed! Both Treehouses are spacious and fully equipped for family stays. Each Treehouse includes an arts and crafts hamper, a selection of board games, and books to keep the little ones entertained. We also offer a travel cot and high chair, please arrange ahead of your visit. For added convenience, plastic plates and cutlery are available upon request.
