Cnocell y Coed

​Sleeps

  • Sleeps up to 5 guests with additional space for 2 adults.

  • One king-sized bed, three single beds, and one double sofa bed.

  • Extra space for 2 adults, available for £15 per adult per night.

  • Space for one baby (no charge, baby in arms only).

  • Travel cot and highchair available on request.

​Cooking

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen, including a wine cooler, oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, and microwave.

  • Cooking utensils and crockery are provided for your convenience.

  • Stylish stainless steel and durable plastic glasses are available for use by the Hot Tub.

  • Enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided BBQ—please bring your own charcoal and lighting materials.

​Heating / Lighting and Bedding 

  • Bed linen, towels, and cosy bathrobes are provided for a luxurious stay.

  • Dimmable ceiling lights throughout the space for the perfect ambience.

  • Underfloor heating downstairs powered by an air source heat pump, plus bladeless heater/air conditioners in the bedrooms.

  • All indoor spaces are well-lit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Ample lighting outside the Treehouse doors and along the path for added safety and convenience.

  • Check-in from 4 PM

  • Check-out by 10 AM

  • Don’t forget your walking boots or wellies to explore the woodland trails.

  • Enjoy reliable WiFi and a good phone signal throughout your stay.

  • Plug sockets and USB outlets available for all your charging needs.

  • Tracks on-site are unlit to preserve the natural environment so bring a torch!

  • The neighbouring Treehouse is a secluded 80 meters away, ensuring privacy.

  • EV charging point available in the car park near the Treehouse (pay by usage).

  • Two designated parking spaces by the Treehouse, with an additional two near the play area.

  • Firewood is available for purchase, but to protect nocturnal wildlife, fires must be extinguished by 10 PM.
